How to add my wife to current family based GC petition?

Hi,

I have a GC petition through my brother that has been approved and is waiting in NVS for now. According to the current back log, I have to wait for 3 more years for the green card to be issued.
I recently got married, found a job in US and I an my wife moved to US under H1 and H4 visas.
I would like to add my wife to my current GC petition. How should I proceed?

Submit a copy of the marriage certificate to the National Visa Center.
