It's been almost a month without any update on my case (Admin Processing)

Hello,

I have applied my papers & passport for family immigration at Jordan, but when I check on the CEAC site the last Status Updated Date for my case is 28-Sep-2014, and still on Administrative Processing

Is that normal to take that long without any update on it ?
