Hi everyone ,
I am jin 23 , studying in canada., unmarried.
My case is little critical.
My sister is us citizen 4 years ago and filled a i130 for our parents and me.
At that time i was 21 when my parents interview was done.
Parents got the LPR legally permanent resident of us for last 2 and half years.
Now i want to ask,
Can i transfer my file from my sister ( USCIS shows >5 years status) to be filled by my parents ?
Is this the right time ?
Or i should wait till my parents gor citizenship and then they can fill a pitition for me , which i guess takes less time ?
Is there any way to transfer file from sister to parents for me ?
