hi guys,
I have my i-485 pending EB4, is that possible to apply 1-485 and EAD for my wife who is here on visitor visa.If that is possible Then i have these questions:
0-What documents are needed to submit her I-485?
1.Would my wife need to go back to my home country after her current I-94 expires??
2.Or will she remain in status while in US when i file for her I-485??
3.If her I-485 does not get approved would her multiple visa will be canceld??
Please help immmideitly?
