I came here in Feburary with my K1 visa. When we filled out the forms for green card, we figured out nobody ever sent us the I-797 , fiancee peition approval notice because my husband changed his address. We submitted a request to get a copy of the I-797. After more than 6 months we got a CD with more than 70 pages of paper work, but I-797 is not included. We are so desperate now. What should we do? Should we just go ahead send the forms or should we keep on trying to ask for I-797?
