Hi
I am on h1b visa. my father file my petition under f2b category in 2002 march.But right now just one month ago my father became us citizen.


So my file can convert automatically to f2a category or I have to send proof that my father is now us citizen, no more greencard holder?

And right now priority date is 2002 january so when my processing date becomes a current I need to go to india or I can get my green card in us without living us?

If any body has idea i will be very thankfull.
