Child is above 21 now. Would he be allowed to move to US

My application for immigration is about to come within a year or 2. When I was sponsored for immigration, my child was around 13. Now he is 22 but still un-married. Whenever the embassy gives our family the US visa, would he be given Visa too or not because of his age?

what is the category of your immigrant petition ? ( for example F1, F2A, F2B etc.)

Normally the visa won't be issued because your child aged out. But there is a law called CSPA- child status protection act- which can come to rescue.

The category is F4.

And the file for Immigration was applied in 16 March,2006 and the papers details were asked in 8 sept, 2009. Any idea, how many more time is left before the our family gets invited to Embassy for interview and other formalities.

the F4 cut off date for Dec 2014 is feb 2002 for Indian nationals which means roughly 4 more years for you.
