This may seem queer but I am questioning the veracity of the VB.
November's VB says F2A cutoff date is March 2013.
My friend who is a GC holder (not USC) had applied for his wife last year (his PD was June 2013). His wife is already here now. He was lucky that the F2A became current during Aug/Sept last year.
I am surprised that VB says the F2A cutoff date is March 2013. How can it be possible when a person whose PD was June 2013 is already here? Is VB lying?
Is there anyone in this forum whose PD is before June 2013? I really doubt it.
