uk citizen wanting to move to family in usa

Hey, I wonder if anyone can give advice. i am a uk citizen and my family moved to the states 12 years ago. My mother is a lawful permanant resident, my stepdad and brother are citizens. I also have a step brother and 2 step sisters there that are citizens. My mother was married to my stepfather when I was 16 in the uk. I am now interested in moving to the States with my fiance, I wonder if anyone knows if this is possible and what is the best way to go about doing this.
