I130, Section C, Line 14, I94 Number

On form I-130, section C, line 14, it asks for my wife's I-94 number which is a 12 digit number. On the form there are 12 spaces to place the number, however, the fourth space has a black bar through it. Am I supposed to skip the fourth digit?
