When I came to the US I entered without inspection and after 3 years obtained TPS status. My spouse (married for a few years now) wants to petition me to get a green card. I've traveled to my home country and have been Paroled back into the US and have an I-94.
On question 14 of the I-130, "if your relative is currently in the US .... He or she arrived as a:" Do I put the original entry without inspection or the last entry when I was Paroled?
