Post-OPT F-1 student marrying US Citizen
Hi everyone,
I am a post-OPT student who is currently in school full-time with a valid F-1 Visa until September 2015. I will be married to my US Citizen fiance this month. I have a few questions regarding my situation:
1. Do I need to file OPT documentation(previous i-765 form, copy of OPT card, w-2 from previous employer during OPT)? Since I have filed i-765 form before and will file a new one, but I don't have some documents with me(Old i-765 form).
2. Do I need to submit all my previous i-20s?
3. Do I need any letter or transcript from my current school?
4. Would it be ok if my husband-to-be and I only have joint accounts? (Because our apartment is not under a lease and we have no cars. But I do have a lot of other proofs of relationship such as emails, messages, pictures, family pictures, plane tickets, stuffs I ordered that were billed and shipped to the same address under my name.)
