can i expedite i765 without receipt number

I have submitted my i130,485,765 etc two weeks ago and my check was cashed this monday. Yet I havent received the receipt number and I called my bank and they said they couldnt see the back of the check because it was electronically cashed so no go to find the receipt number there.

The problem is my job will start in mid febuaray and I really need to receive my EAD before that. I plan to request expedite processing but I dont know my receipt number. I wonder if it is possible to do it now or I have to wait till I get the receipt number.

If you submitted form G-1145 with your package, you should be getting email or text receipt numbers soon. If you did not submit a G-1145 with your package, you have to wait for a hardcopy receipt Notice of Action (form I-797) for each procedure in a couple to 4 weeks. No requests for expediting will be of any use until after you have completed Biometrics.

Thanks ray. I have filed G1145. I called uscis today which took me about 2 hours waiting... they said my forms are not in the system yet so I cant do anything about it until I get my receipt number...
