Hi,

I am on H1 and my brother is US citizen. Since I am already in US and maintaining my status properly can my brother sponsor my Greencard? and if yes since I am already in US will this expedite the process in getting my EAD atleaset?

Please let me know

Your brother can sponsor you but it will take around 13-15 years before you can get greencard (or EAD).
