I-864 Questions

Hi,
A couple of questions around the filing of I-864 or I-864EZ,

A little background info:
My wife is US citizen sponsoring me.
I am Canadian citizen working in US on TN
We married in Oct of 2013.

We are going to do concurrent filing so will sending in forms I-130, G-325A, I-485 all in one package. I am unsure about when to include the I-864? Can I include that in the original package?

Also, my wife qualifies to use the I-864EZ. I see there are options on there that you can send in your last three tax returns. Is there any benefit to that or should we just send in the last year's return? I only have last year's returns (we filed jointly) but can get the others if need be.

The sponsorship package (I-864 with supporting documents) should be included with your I-485/I-130 concurrent submittal.

Only a copy of the most recent Federal income tax return (with W2 copies and employment verification) need be included. There is no benefit in submtting 3 years of tax returns.
