there is no reply from I 130 application, aldready 7 months after applied..

Hi .. my wife( US citizen ) apply I-130 for me since may, 2014 and till now we didn't receive any receive letter nor case number .. we paid file fee, which is $420 with check and found out that fee still haven cut from our bank account .. what should we do ? should we keep waiting ? or mail to USCIS or call them ? since we live in indiana , we summit application to Chicago dropbox .. if we need to call them or contact them, any idea which number or which address should we contact? Please help ? it is already 7 months , and we still have no reply ..
