Hi,
I live in Canada and I am Canadian citizen. In January 2009, my wife's brother applied for us in Family class Immigration. The I130 is approved just a week ago in Vermont processing center. I have got two questions:
1. How long would it take approximately to get US Visa Call?
2. When the file was submitted in 2009, myself and my wife were citizen of India living in Canada (i.e. we were landed immigrants). But now we both are Canadian citizen. Therefore, can we update the application now? Would the processing time be shorter after we became Canadian citizen? or it doesn't matter.
If someone can provide feedback to this questions, then it would be really appreciated and help us.
