Family based GC applied for L1B visa holder
Hi,
I am on L1B visa in USA, my wife is a GC holder and she has applied I-130 for me. Its been 15 months now I received an email from USCIS telling my current status is "Post Decision Activity" and my I130 is approved. I have few questions on these
1. What does "Post decision activity" means ?
2. When can I apply for I485 ?
3. Do I receive any mail from NVC further telling what next ?
4. When do I receive visa number ?
