Someone got Immigrant Visa F22 and got married before entering in the USA. Came to USA using same visa F22. Can he apply for her spouse. My understanding is that after getting married before entering USA, his F22 visa became invalid and if he applies I-130 for his wife, his own Green Card will be in danger. Please clarify if I am right or wrong.
