i-130 problems need help

im from morocco , my brother applied an i 130 for me it got applied this summer , now there is two problems , No1: i want to go finish my studies there . No2: i want to go visit my girlfriend ( she is american ) . and since my i130 is now pending in the NVC my chances of getting both a tourist visa or a student visa are low what should i do ?

arent they going to refuse my student visa saying thati have double intent ?????

A sibling petition will take 12 years before you are eligilble for a visa. In the meantime, a student visa is an available option, if you can get the proper school acceptance.
