Hello,
I have a pending I-485 through employment under Eb2 category India changeability with PD of July 2009. I recently got married to a US Citizen and want to apply for permanent residency through her. I also have an EAD that is expiring 4/10/2015 and is up for renewal. With this in mind:
1. Should I apply for I-130, I-485 (including I-131 or I-765) as a fresh case along with any additional documentation stating I have another pending I-485?
2. Do I need to submit a form to cancel my pending I-485/I-765 through employment or will it automatically get terminated?
3. I also have an H-1B that was renewed earlier this year that is valid until 2017. Will have enable me to keep working in the event my EAD through spouse does not come through before my EAD through work expires?
4. What is the timeline for EAD, Advanced Parole and GC coming through immediate family with concurrent filing?
