Which state allow you to buy a business or issue a Driving license or ID on B1/B2 ?
Hello all
A friend of mine has a b1/b2 visa, he is planning to travel to the US getting married to his girlfriend and buying a small restaurant or laundry that will cost him less than 100k.
In this situation, how things work can he start his business without US civil Documents, or he will have to get married first, then adjust status and after that he can buy a business..... If this scenario is applicable which states that allow you to issue An ID and owning a business before adjustment of status??
