Am I eligible under CSPA (F4 category)?

Hello,

I am seeking some help regarding CSPA for immigration petition filed under F4 category.

My aunt filed an immigration petition for my family in March 2002. At that time my age was 14 years. Our immigration petition was approved in Oct. 2009 and at that time NVC dropped my name from the petition because I aged out. The petition will hopefully become current in Feb 2015.

I have following queries:

1) Am I eligible under CSPA?

2) Can I attend the visa interview with my parents?

3) Do I need to prepare for any documents / pay any fees before my parents receive visa interview call?

I'd like to know whether I can immigrate to USA with my family or not. Any advice in this matter would be helpful.

Hi Jay,

My situation was kind of same as you. I just wanted to know what happened at interview. Did they allow you to attend the interview ?.

When my mother went in, interviewer said I'm not eligible for CSPA and didn't let me in.
