I am filling I-130 for my dad who is Widowed. I would greatly appreciate guidance on following:
1. Under C: Information about your relative, Question #8 should I say "Not Applicable"
2. Under C: Information about your relative, Question #11 should I mention Name of his Late Wife, and for Question #12 mention her Date of Death
3. Under C: Information about your relative, Question #17 should I mention the names of his Late Wife, and Late Daughter who died at the age of 47 years
