Could anyone please provide information on the below? Thanks in advance! Appreciate your help.
1. I'm a U.S. Citizen(became cities through Naturalization) and planning to file for green card for my sister in India.
Do I need separate form 130 for her family members ( spouse and kid) or one 130 form is enough?
2. Is just form 130 along with the fee is enough for the first step or do I need to send additional forms?
3. Is the $420 fee (approx) for one 130 form or for one person?
4. My father's name is "MuthuKrishnan". In my birth certificate, it is "Krishnan" and in my sister's birth certificate, it is "MuthuKrishnan".
Will this cause any problems during processing?
