Hello all,
I am a US citizen and my wife is a German citizen who carried a L1 VISA until a couple years ago.
I filed the I-130 petition via direct consulate filing in Frankfurt Germany in the middle of November and of course have not heard anything pack until now.
In the meantime, our house has sold much faster than we expected and have only until May until we must move out. I will however being going back to the US already in February and my wife will stay here until the green card finally arrives.
So, the extenuating circumstances:
We just found out my wife is pregnant. On top of that, she will be homeless after May. Also, there will be no house-hold goods at all since the shippers pick everything up at the end of April.
In the case that we cannot get her greencard until that time, is there any chance for her to come to US under extenuating circumstances while the petition is being reviewed?
