Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this situation? More of a vent than a question.
We received notification that our package had been received by the NVC yesterday. Today we received an email saying that items were missing and giving us a checklist. The checklist comprised nearly our entire package; as if nothing had been received at all.
After an hour waiting on call my wife was told that this is a form letter that they send out and that our package has not been reviewed yet, and to wait the 60 days (as expected).
Feeling slightly better after a bit of a shock but frustrated that such a letter would be sent.
