I864 form questions
My lawyer's office sent the I864 form to the NVC, they came back 60 days later saying the form was incomplete and the most recent tax return was not included in the package. I had many other issues with this lawyer's assistance, so I called the NVC and asked if I could submit everything myself, which I did just the other day, BUT, I think I might have made an error on the form. My income has changed twice since I last filed my tax return so on Part 6 #5 for annual income I put down what is on my 2014 W2 since I haven't filed tax return yet. I did attach 6 months worth of paystubs plus the W2, which they said I could do as evidence of increase of income. Under Part 6 #13.a b and c I did put the annual gross income that is on my tax return 1040 which would be my income combined with my husband's. Any idea if the NVC is gonna come back again saying it needs to be corrected? And any idea how long it takes them to review missing documents??
