i am from india. my age is 44. i am married having two kids. I am in business ( Sale & service) from last 10 Yrs.
My younger brother with family got green card in Feb'2013.
i want to know
When i can apply for green card.
When my parents can apply for green card.
how much time it will take to get green card for my parents and for me.
what is the shortest time to get green card i.e. thru parents ( who are indian citizen today & after getting green card) or thru brother ( who already having green card).
