  • Tax transcripts?

on the IRS website, apparently now you can get your transcripts on line.*
    there are 4 kinds though:*
    Return Transcript*
    Record of Account Transcript*
    Account Transcript*
    Wage & Income Transcript*

Which ones do they want and do they need all the pages?*
I am asking because when I last asked for transcripts from the IRS by phone, they sent me just the first page of some.*
    Thanks

Use the "Return Transcript" option. In my experience, the transcript shows all lines (in computer format mode) that would be on a facsimilie tax return copy).

Thanks, If on form I-864 I add my assets, how can they verify them? Just wondering.
Our income is within the minimum limit but I guess it's better to supplement with assets?
      thanks

Assets are difficult to use, unless they are as basic as broker statements showing funds that can be accessed immediately.

Property (real estate, vehicles, stamp collections, etc.) are more trouble proving than benefit for sponsorship.

That's why the header to the Asset area of the I-864 says "Optional."

Beyond that caveat, however, is that any attempt to show your vehicle or home equity will be met with a laugh by the USCIS or NVC reviewer.
