i was granted asylum and i got married after my i got my asylum approval then i did file a petition for my wife but the USCIS denied the petition, then i waited until i became a permanent resident and I did apply again for her and my new baby boy my question is are they gonna deny my petition again I'm so worried and i need your feed back if you had a similar case

Your legal basis for petitioning your wife has changed (PR petitioning spouse), so there is no reason to expect a petition denial. It will take 18+ months for her to be eligible for a visa slot, though.

No, you won't be denied. You r a legal resident, therefore, you are elegable to petition for your spouse; but just as Ray says, it will take a apx 18 months.
