Mailing address or Residential/home address????????????
1. I am filing for my spouse of 5+ years. We have kids.
2. I am filing a combined I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 to the Chicago lock-box office.
3. We have an established mailing address (we own the home), that means this address is used on all DL, ID, Credit Cards, Banks statements and all deliveries by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc are made to the same.
4. We have resided in that place since we own it. Since there is construction going on in that place we moved to an apartment complex nearby on a 6 month lease. I am there all day, but return to the apartment to sleep.
5. We are now moving again as the construction is still on and the lease here has shot up considerably.
My question is, do I put in the Established Mailing Address or the current address? Because I have no idea when the construction will finish and the mail will definitely be lost.
**** **** **** I know that I can put the residential address on form G-325A. I am confused about the 130/485/765/131.
