Dilemma, In which category (F2A /F4) my application will be processed "?

My sister applied for me in the F4 category about 1 year ago. She is US citizen.
Now she applied for my mother . In the application she mentioned about my age ( 19 year). My age is under 21year.

My question is :-

1. " In which category (F2A /F4) my application will be processed "?

2. "She asked a lawyer he told her that there is a possibility for me to go with my mother " is that true?

I believe the lawyer is correct. U may b able to go with your mother, but since, she applied for u a year earlier, I would suggest u get someone to do the paper work to get such an adjustment, properly done.
