Hi,
As US Citizen, I have applied for my brother for a green card in 2011 ( I know usually it takes a lot of time) but
Last year, my bother got married to a permanent resident ( green card holder ) and she has also applied for him.
Now my brother has 2 receipt number.
Last month I received letter from California center telling me that they received a change of address request ..
When I check my status in the website it says that they have sent me the document I-130 ( which I have never received.)
My question, should I keep or cancel my application ( as brother ) so it won't interfere with his wife application, or should I keep both.
