Hello Guys, my wife got her citizenship and mailed the copy of his naturalization certificate and copy of our NOA2 to NVC last december 22. NVC confirmed they have received our request letter. Yesterday she called them to ask if they already upgraded my petition from f2a to cr1/ir1. They told us to wait atleast 30 business day. Is it standard answer that they can give to us whatever we are asking to them. I hope you could share your experience on this. Thank you!
