Sponsoring My Parents Problem
Hi guys!
I'm 26 year old U.S. citizen who wants to sponsor his parents from India (I-130); the problem is they are currently residing in the U.S with undocumented statuses. My question is how would I go about sponsoring them ? I spoke to a lawyer and he wanted $15k to handle the case; I'm still a student and can't afford to pay such an amount so I wanted to how can I actually proceed? Thank you guys in advance. I'm planning on meeting another lawyer soon.
