    I-130 filed & Notice Date Sep. 13/14. Have until June/15. Latest Processing time?

    I filed a I-130 for my Mother. She is being taken care of by relative until mid June of 2015.

    I have seen various times it takes to process the application.

    Can someone please let me know what is the latest processing time?
