Experienced ccomputer programmer with parents with US Citizenship - which application
Hi,
I am a 34 years old female computer programmer with 8+ years of experience and My parents are both US citizens currently residing in the US.
I would like to apply for a Green Card but I am not sure how I should go about it.
On one hand there is the I-330 that can be applied by my parents but to my understanding can take a while (how long?)
On the other hand it has been suggested to try to get an L1 visa by finding a job with a company willing to provide the visa and then apply for a professional based green card.
Not sure which one is easier or faster and would love some help and input on this.
