Hi, I am filling concurrent as indicated in title for my husband, my question is, for each form that request the same supporting evidence must I include said items multiple times? ie: each of the three forms require passport photos, so should I send in one set for each form or would one set for all be sufficient?

See list below:
1. For I-130, include one passport-style photo for you and one for your husband.
2. For I-485, include two passport-style photos of your husband
3. For I-765, include two passport-style photos of your husband.
4. For I-131, include two passport-style photos of your husband.

Thank you very much. One other question.. Does my husbands birth certificate for form I-485 need to be translated into English? I seen many places that foreign documents must be translated but the instructions for form I-485 says to send a copy of his birth certificate but doesn't specify if it must be translated. TIA!

Al foreign language documents must be accompanied by a professional English translation, suitably annotated by the translator and the annotation witnessed by a notary.

Thank you I did reread the instructions and clarified that. Although I did not know it had to be witnessed by a notary. I understood that it must be translated by a competent translator. Although that must be where it said that it must be sworn? I'm along the right direction I assume. Also sorry, I just keep running into things..my I-864 is being filed here in the US so does that mean I must pay the fee or not? I don't see anyone else who mentioning paying a fee for I-864?

The fee for I-864 is only paid when it is being processed by the National Visa Center.
A professional translation, for immigration purposes, is counter-witnessed by a third party who authenticates the translator's statement.
