Applying for Mother's I-485+I130+I131 together

I am preparing all the documents and filling up the forms now.
Do we have any thread having detailed instructions for which forms to include and what documents to send?

We need to include medical form I-693 and I-864 forms too, do we need to include any bank statements etc?
for Tax transcripts we don't have it for 2014 on IRS website yet, so will W2 form ok along with earlier 3 yrs?

few more questions on submitting G-325A, Biographic Information form, is this about myself or my mother's details?

Please send me any pointers as doing this first time myself, my own GC was done by employers.

EVERYONE WHO HAS DONE THIS HAS HIS OWN 'FORMULA,' USUALLY WITH MINOR DIFFERENCES FROM THE NEXT PERSON. MY ADVICE, AFTER YOU HAVE OBTAINED AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, IS TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCED PERSON PHYSICALLY REVIEW YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE MAILING.

We need to include medical form I-693 and I-864 forms too, do we need to include any bank statements etc?

THE I-693 IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MUST BE INCLUDED. THE I-864, WITH TAX RETURN, W2 COPIES, PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT, SHOULD BE INCLUDED. BANK STATEMENTs ARE NOT NEEDED IF YOU ARE USING EMPLOYMENT INCOME AND TAX RETURN(S).

YOU NEED TO INCLUDE MOM'S G-325A AND YOUR G-325A (THE LATTER WITH THE I-130).
=> Just to confirm: for I-485 form, i need to include Mom's G-325A and with I-130, need to include my G-325 right?

-Do i need to include all 3 forms in separate envelop with documents, photo or combine in one single package and sent it to this concurrent filing address:

ANY DOCUMENTS REFLECTING NAMES CHANGES, I.E., MARRIAGE CERTS, SHOULD BE INCLUDED. DEATH CERT SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED, THOUGH PROBABLY NOT AN ISSUE

WITH I-485, MOM'S G-325A FORM IS NEEDED. FOR THE I-130, NO G-325A'S ARE NEEDED, SINCE THAT WOULD ONLY APPLY TO A SPOUSAL PETITION.

In I-130, Q-20: relatives native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his/her name/foreign address in native alphabet.
=> my relative native is Hindi, Indian, so should i write name/address in Hindi in Ink PEN?

In I-485, I130, we need to list spouse and children of relative.
My father is no more, do i need to list his details? We are five children and father but space is for only 5 names, so should i include separate paper?

For sending photos, i don't see space to glue photo, so just need to attach 2 photos for I-485 form?

Also do i need to attach photos for I-130, I-131 forms too?

JUST LIST CHILDREN IN THAT SECTION.

Right. Your photos are not needed for the Adjustment forms, nor for the I-130, since there is no spouse involved.
