Hello everyone.
My parents had F4 case from my uncle. But now I got US citizen. I want to sponsor for my parents with IR-5 class. Do I need call to USCIS to cancel/withdraw old class (here is F4 from my uncle)???
OR, I just apply another form I-130 for my parents then they will update automatic?

Since you were not the prior petitioner, you have no requirement to cancel that petition. Just submit your I-130 for parent.

Hello everyone.
My parents and my brother ( as the same casr under my parents name )had F4 case from my uncle. But now I got US citizen. I want to sponsor for my parents with IR-5 class. If my parent come to the US with IR 5 so how about my brother? So he can come with or not? He is under 21 year old.
