  • Green card holder , File I130 with I485 concurrently

    Hello every one,
I am a green card holder who has married recently. I received my green card 3 years ago based on the rule of "child of a US citizens". My wife has a F1 visa and she is in the USA right now. I want to apply for her green card and file I-130 for her and I want to know Can I file I-485 concurrently with her I-130?
I will appreciate if some one who knows the answer tell me about it.

No, you cannot apply for Adjustment of Status (I-485) for your wife, at same time as I-130, since she would not be "immediate priority" status unless you have U.S. citizenship.
