    I am worried

    My husband is 60 and I am 30 does it make my case a red flag?What we have to do to prove that our relationship is bona fide? He is the petitioner and I am the beneficiary.

    It's not an automatic NO but you will definitely have a red flag. Just do what u have to do to prove yourself legitimate. The burden of proof is on you both. Good luck!!
