hello Friends,

My Application for family based green card for my brother, sister in law and brother's kid's got approved.
My brother died before 1 month of approval.
is that going to impact on others in petition?

So sorry for your loss. I can only suggest that u inform them, along with a copy of his death certificate and approval letter. However, Y not give them a call first and be advised exactly, what step or steps u should take, in the matter. Good luck!!

If your brother passed away AFTER his Priority Date was approved, a qualified family member can apply to be a co-sponsor to replaced the deceased.

If he passed away before his Priority Date was current, the petition is expired.
