  • What If I Change my previous Residence Address to current Residence

    Hi,

My mother had submit my application for immigration and i am expecting next year 2016 my case to be finalized.

Actually my mother has put up my native country address, but I am living in Saudi Arabia due to my job.

As I am expecting my case to be finalized in next year and what If I change my address now from my Native country to my current residence country will it effect the case or increase the time period, I need some suggestions or if any one can guide me in this regard.

    Thanks

If your case is at the National Visa Center, you need to notify the National Visa Center of your Saudi address so that the processing Embassy can be changed.

If your case is still at USCIS, you need to submit a request to amend your I-130 petition to show a change of processing Embassy.

My case is at NVC right now, and i am confused cause if I changed the address now to saudi arabia, may be they put may case on delay causing address change.
Actually I am expecting 2016 to be finalize my case. I am new on this forum and i didn't find any post yet for changing address may delay case.

      Thanks Ali Amex
