      This is useful, thanks. Just in the process of collating everything here - did you provide multiple copies of some of the documents (Birth certs, passport copies etc) or just one of each for the overall application pack?

        If I were You, provide multiple copies of each required documents for each form, you will never know if there are 4 or more persons that will gonna review the package that you will send. Don't expect them to share and/or photocopy the common documents that you will provide, that will surely irritate them. In short, make each form application stand alone to be processed with the required documents. This is how I learned it in this forum......

          Yes thanks, I figured I should err on the side of caution although some of the forms state that information does not need to be repeated, only one G-1145 etc.

          Medical & photos sorted today - almost there!
