I-130 approval impact on L1 status

My spouse is a green card holder and applying for I-130 for me. I'm L1B visa holder currently working for a company. I have following questions and a early response will be highly appreciated -

1. Can my spouse apply I-130 and EAD (I-765) together for me ?

2. Will my current L1 be cancelled once I-130 / EAD is approved ?
