Family based GC -- EAD
Hello experts,need your advise on a couple of things.
My Current Stats: F1 OPT- STEM extension (Valid till June'15)
I got married to a citizen last month and will be applying for GC based on Marriage by end of this month.
How long would it usually take to get my EAD?
I heard once I get the receipt from USCIS acknowledging the receipt of my application EAD will get activated?
Also once I get my EAD would I need to stick to my current employer to maintain status or move to any one I wish.
