Vermont Center - How Long?
Hi to All,
Detail : Vermont Center of USCIS for GC – spouse i-130, India. File Received Date - 02 Oct 2013.
I am looking processing time of Vermont center since almost 08 months Its 30 Sep 2013.
My questions is:
1) How long it will take to move my case to NVC?
2) If NVC becomes current but USCIS might not send my file to NVC(due to delay process) than What will happen?
I really appreciate if anybody can give these answers.
