Hi,

I am an F1 student married to a US citizen. She has not been working for about 8 months now and I'm unable to work because of my visa status.
She is filing all the COS paperwork for me.

Please, I will like to find out if she has to file the Affidavit of support(I-130) at the time of Initial filing or can it be pushed back to the time of interview?

If the I-130 has to be filed with all other docs, Please what are the practical solutions to this problem. A friend has told me His was filed at the time of interview. Another friend said that it has to be filled at the initial filing stage.

She also has the court doc printout regarding here divorce. Can she file that or it has to be a divorce certificate?

You have to file I-864 along with I-485 form.

And ideally, you should file I-485 with I-130.

You have to file I-864 with I-485. You can file I-485 later as well.

Until you file I-485, you will have to maintain your non-immigrant status by other means, such as your F1 visa.
